Bicycle Service by Appointment – Please Give us a Call to Schedule

We are your Full Service Bicycle Repair Shop. We make it easy to get your bicycles serviced and back to you, so you can go ride. We do this by scheduling, and we schedule by appointment. When you bring a bicycle in to us by appointment, we assess it and write a service ticket on it, discussing your needs and time-frame, along with how it will fit into our workflow and any necessary lead-time on parts that must be ordered. This does not happen with walk-ins, and it cannot. We do not throw bikes in the back and put our customers in a line without regard for the type or degree of repair. We assess the bike to be sure that it can be repaired or is economical for repair, and we strive to work with your time-frame and expectations. Give us a call, we will do our best for you!

Statement on No Longer Servicing Off-Brand Mail-Order Bicycles, including Off-Brand Ebikes:

Effective immediately, we are no longer offering service on Off-Brand Mail-Order bicycles and Ebikes. We are sorry, but you are doing yourself a disservice by purchasing a product that is difficult or impossible to repair. In our day-to-day bicycle repair business, our experience in the last few years has shown us that attempting to service Off-Brand, especially discount store and Mail-Order bicycles and Ebikes, is an expensive, time consuming negative experience for both parties. These direct-import bikes most often do not use standard industry parts, they do not have compatible spare and service parts available, the companies that sell them direct to the consumer consistently offer little or no support for issues, defects, warranties or real phone numbers for contact in the case of most of their limited email or chat options which usually result in nothing. Please do yourself and your bike service and repair shop a huge favor by not buying and supporting this convoluted failure which plagues the bicycle industry and alienates everyone involved.
